In 2011 I finally moved into my own place.About time one would think! Key words for interior a'la Cookie: white / light / feminine.

I accesorized with GOLD! Call it the Dubai effect but after always having been a silver girl I went gaga for gold, whether it was in the shape of obi belts, David Bowie boots or ethnic supersized earrings.

I went to so many events at some stage it felt like a full time job! Makeovers en masse, cupcake overdose and frollicking with the celebs - not too shabby por moi.



I travelled a lot and and felt like that little gnome in ''Amelie from Montmartre'' (does anyone remember that film?)

I sipped on pink champagne on the French Rivera, listened to Miles Davis in Paris and took in the breathtaking view of the Bosphorus in Istanbul.

2011 has also been my healthiest year ever I think. I became addicted to running and stopped counting calories and instead focused entirely on the origin / purity and quality of my food.
