I might regret this statement and pretend I never said what I am about to say (I am moody like that)... 

Spontaneously, when I look at this picture I feel that I am insanely bored and fed up with studs, acid bleached jeans and the whole trashy look that has been ruling the fashion world (catwalk and street fashion). I haven't really seen the trend catch on in Dubai, but the cyber space is crammed with teenagers in ripped stockings, holding a studded bag and copying Kate Lanphears arm candy.

Here comes the dilemma - if it wasn't for the high street, I'd never be able to wear most of the trends as I cannot afford to dress top to toe in designer pieces.

On the other hand, when high street chains copy trends, it doesn't take long before they get boring ...

Silly wonderments from my end, I'm sitting in a hotel room far away from home and have all the time on my hands to browse the internet and look for inspiration.

Anyway, boring or mindblowing, you tell me, but the studded Loubs and trashy stockings are way to OTT for my taste. The editorial looks hardly look anything but weird and provocative in real life.
