Arrived to Istanbul last night and
despite that I am super tempted to get out there and DISCOVER, because I
am swampeed with emails and deadlines I decided to write off today as
an office day.
The city outside my window and the
glittering shores of Bosphorus look oh so tempting. My camera and I will
have a good day tomorrow - I can feel that! Butterflies in my tummy -
similar to the ones you get before a day with a special someone. Well I
got myself a hot date with Istanbul City tomorrow!
My hotel room isn't shabby though so I
don't mind staying in today.
The entire hotel has a super cool
retro
vibe to it - the hallway looks like taken out of Mad Men. Amore to that!
Since I put the PRO in
'procrastinate',
instead of getting any work done I am reading the guide to Istanbul,
munching on apricots covered in dark chocolate and I just lit my Voluspa
Snowflake candle. This
song playing in the background.
Istanbul weather seems a bit unstable
so I have brought summery dresses,
lace and knits en masse.

ZARA - got it whilst I was in Paris
